Last week's inaugural meeting of the Cardiff InDesign User Group was enjoyed by all who attended, and everyone took something away that they would be able to start using immediately.

Jon Bessant and I were both really pleased to be able to answer your Creative Suite questions, covering not just InDesign but Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat in the process -- it was a lot of fun, with plenty of laughter (we have been named the new comedy duo of InDesign). It really was a great and very informal session and we really want to keep it that way -- so be sure to spread the word!

Lucky prize winners were Jack Wenman, who won a copy of the CS4 Design Premium Suite; Jeremy Bourgein, who won a two-day course from Certitec; and Gareth Evans, who picked up an InDesign book from Certitec.
