Colin Fleming, Senior Solutions Engineer at Adobe, presents Integration Bliss with Adobe InDesign CS4 and Flash CS4 Professional
Your peanut butter is in my chocolate! Your chocolate is in my peanut butter! InDesign has always been a best-in-class layout tool for print media. And of course Flash is the tool of choice used to create and deliver interactive content. Now, with their CS4 releases, Adobe has delivered killer integration between these two flagship products that enables traditional print designers to participate in digital publishing. Designers can take advantage of the rich layout and typography tools in InDesign CS4 to design rich interactive documents that can then be opened in Flash CS4 Professional for further development. Flash CS4 has made it easier than ever to add video, animation and interactivity to deliver engaging experiences.
In this session, Colin will take you through a whirlwind tour of current digital publishing trends, highlighting compelling examples that will inspire you and get you to rethink what a "document" is. Afterwards, he'll walk you through the various features available in InDesign CS4 and Flash CS4 Professional that make it easier to create rich interactive documents. You'll leave this session seeing how Flash and InDesign are better together.
